YOGA FOR EVERYONE
We are all unique individuals, so at WKD YOGA we do not operate a ‘one size fits all’ regime. Our approach to Yoga (like one of our main aims), is FLEXIBLE. Yoga is not competitive. We encourage students to develop their own practice at their own speed, in a safe and controlled manner. Many students use yoga as part of a process of rehabilitation from injury, to rebuild strength and flexibility. Everyone will develop at different speeds, and we have a system in place that allows different abilities to work together in the same class. We teach Hatha Yoga, which, as well as building physical strength, also aims to build mental strength, awareness and mindfulness. Yoga brings a sense of balance, awareness and wellbeing, which will enable you to engage with life’s demands in a positive way.
